Tenders are sealed, and are known to you at the same time. The wherEX process promotes fair competition and compliance, leaving traceability of all bids received by each supplier and all purchases made from suppliers.

You can participate in the categories you want as long as you actually provide that input or Service. The registration of categories is done once you have created your account by accessing the Settingsoption.

Once you have registered in the category(ies) you are interested in, you will automatically receive tenders related to these categories.

No. The information entered into wherEX is absolutely confidential and is safeguarded under the strictest security standards and in accordance with the current regulations governing free competition. Therefore, no supplier will have access to information from other suppliers. Nor will it be known who is participating in a given process.

No. The purchaser will only have access to the bids received after the deadline for publication of the tender, at which time the electronic envelope containing all the bids will be opened automatically and simultaneously.

At the end of the publication period, the electronic envelope is automatically opened. This is the exact moment at which the client has access to know who has bid and under what conditions.

No. The information entered into wherEX is absolutely confidential and is safeguarded under the strictest security standards and in accordance with the current regulations governing free competition. Therefore, no buyer will have access to information of any bid received by another bidder.

Yes, all queries entered by suppliers in the tender module are visible to all those participating in the process. However, these questions are anonymous, safeguarding the identity of the company making the enquiry. This ensures that both queries and answers are known to all interested parties simultaneously.

There are NO registration, membership or participation fees at wherEX. The only cost associated with wherEX is a commission to whoever is awarded the purchase process for companies bidding in Chile. For procurement processes in Mexico, Peru and Colombia there will be no such charge. Una vez la actives recibirás un nuevo correo en el que podrás encontrar toda la información relevante y legal para comenzar a participar en el portal.

Debes solicitar el administrador de la empresa la actualización e incorporación de nuevos usuarios a la cuenta, pero si desconoces quien es el administrador, puedes escribirnos a  e indicarlos los datos de la empresa y usuarios que deseas incorporar.

Si no recuerdas tu contraseña, dirígete a iniciar sesión y luego selecciona “Olvidaste tu contraseña” a continuación deberás ingresar el email con el que accedes a la plataforma, para enviarte las indicaciones del restablecimiento.
