El funcionamiento de la integración se basa en 2 componentes claves: Conector ERP (a cargo de tu equipo de TI o proveedor de ERP) y API Wherex, el cual ponemos a disposición para recibir datos o entregar información a solicitud de su conector ERP.
El proyecto consiste en integrar 3 puntos de integración entre tu ERP y Wherex:
Permite que desde tu ERP se envíen hacia Wherex las solicitudes marcadas en el ERP.
Permite que desde tu ERP se consulten por las ofertas ganadoras en cada licitación para convertirlas en OC (pedidos) en el ERP.
Permite que desde tu ERP se envíen hacia Wherex las OC aprobadas en el ERP.
El proceso de integración toma entre 2 a 3 meses.
Sí, es ideal el momento debido a que permite validar la capacidad de integración de tu nuevo ERP. Hoy en día hemos validado la factibilidad de integrarse con nuestras soluciones a los siguientes ERPs: SAP ERP, S4Hana, Oracle, Dynamics, Softland, entre otros. Igualmente, puedes contar con el soporte de nuestro equipo especializado para asistirte en esta etapa de tu evaluación.
Podemos trabajar con distintas versiones de ERP, en ese escenario debemos realizar una integración técnica por cada ERP sin embargo se podrá aprovechar la lógica de negocio y definiciones generales para aplicarlas con cada versión de ERP.

Therefore, no supplier will have access to information from other suppliers. Nor will it be known who are participating in a particular process.
No. The buyer will only have access to the economic offers received, once the bid publication period is over, at which time the electronic envelope containing all the economic offers will be opened automatically and simultaneously.
No. The information entered to Wherex is absolutely confidential and is safeguarded under the strictest security standards and in accordance with the current regulations governing free competition. Therefore, no buyer will have access to information of any bid received by another bidder.
Yes, all queries entered by suppliers in the tender module are visible to all those participating in the process. However, these questions are anonymous, safeguarding the identity of the company making the enquiry. This ensures that both queries and answers are known to all interested parties simultaneously.
En Wherex NO existen costos de inscripción, ni de membrecía, ni tampoco por participar. El único costo asociado a Wherex es una comisión a quien resulte adjudicado del proceso de compra para empresas que liciten en Chile. Once activated you will receive a new email in which you will find all the relevant and legal information to start participating in the portal.
The company administrator will be able to add new users from their profile or you can go to: signup.wherex.com and complete the required information to create new users in a supplier that is already registered.
